Lara Logan

 Lara Logan was born 29 March 1971. She is a South African journalist, radio and television journalist. Between 2002 between 2002 and the year 2018, she worked as a CBS News correspondent. Jeff Fager, executive producer of 60 Minutes, called her biased and inaccurate story about the 2012 Benghazi attack "the most grave mistake I've made in my 10 years." She joined Sinclair Broadcast Group (a conservative media group) in the year 2019. In January of 2020, she joined Fox Nation, a subscription streaming service run by Fox News. In March 2022, she said she had been "dumped" by the network. Logan worked as a news reporter for the Sunday Tribune in Durban during her studies (1988-1989) as well as in the city's Daily News (1990-1992). In 1992 she joined Reuters Television in Africa, predominantly as an executive producer. After four years she decided to branch out into freelance journalism. She was appointed as a reporter, editor/producer and editor/producer for Fox/SKY, Fox/SKY and CBS News, ABC News (in London), NBC and the European Broadcasting Union. She worked for CNN covering events such as the 1998 United States embassy bombings in Nairobi and Tanzania, the conflict in Northern Ireland, and the Kosovo war
